Welcome to Flowcast, a product of Wanderloots Ltd. ("we", "our", or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our website and application (the "Service"). By using Flowcast, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

We use your data to provide and improve Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, the terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.

Our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all use of our Service and together with the Privacy Policy constitutes your agreement with us (“agreement”).


2. Information We Collect

2.1 Wallet Addresses
When you connect your digital wallet to Flowcast, we collect your wallet address. This is essential for using our Service and for enabling blockchain interactions.

2.2 Farcaster ID (FID)
If you link your Farcaster account, we collect your Farcaster ID (FID). This allows us to connect your Flowcast account with your Farcaster profile and manage authentication.

2.3 User Profile Data
If you choose to provide additional profile information or link your social media accounts, we may collect limited data such as display names, bios, avatars, or other public profile information from those accounts. This is used to enhance your user experience on Flowcast.

2.4 Ethereum Attestation Service (EAS)
We utilize the Ethereum Attestation Service to enable attestations of statements made by users on the blockchain. This means we may collect and record attestations related to user interactions and content created on Flowcast.

2.5 Transactional Data
While we do not store transactional data, all transactions related to minting notes and blockchain interactions are recorded on the blockchain and can be publicly accessed.

2.6 Third-Party Services Data
We work with third-party services such as Privy for authentication, Alchemy for blockchain data services, Vercel for hosting, Paragraph for newsletter services, and Pinata for IPFS hosting. These services have their own privacy policies governing the handling of your data.

2.7 (Optional) Email Address

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

(a) Email address

If you subscribe to the Flowcast Newsletter, we may use your email address to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by unsubscribing from the newsletter.


3. How We Use Your Information

3.1 Service Provision
We use your wallet address to authenticate your account and enable blockchain transactions, such as minting your notes on the Ethereum Base chain. If applicable, we may use your Farcaster ID (FID) to assist with Flowcast account management, including, and not limited to, username, profile picture, and social graph information from the Farcaster network.

3.2 User Experience
Collected profile data is used to enhance and personalize your experience, including linking your account to social media profiles and/or additional wallets for seamless integration.

3.3 Security and Compliance
We may use your information to monitor for security threats and comply with legal obligations, such as reporting requirements or responding to legal processes.

3.4 Attestation Verification
We use the Ethereum Attestation Service to verify attestations related to user interactions and content, ensuring the authenticity and integrity of statements made on Flowcast.

3.5 Email Communications

By subscribing to the Flowcast Newsletter, Flowcast may use your email address to:

(a) to provide and maintain our Service;

(b) to notify you about changes to our Service;

(c) to allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service when you choose to do so;

(d) to provide customer support;

(e) to gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve our Service;

(f) to monitor the usage of our Service;

(g) to detect, prevent and address technical issues;

(h) to fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it;

(i) to carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection;

(j) to provide you with notices about your account and/or subscription, including expiration and renewal notices, email-instructions, etc.;

(k) to provide you with news, special offers and general information about other goods, services and events which we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about unless you have opted not to receive such information;

We work with third-party services such as Privy, Alchemy, Vercel, Paragraph, and Pinata, which may collect, use, and disclose information according to their privacy policies. We encourage you to review these policies:

4.2 Legal Compliance
We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).

4.3 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or transfer of assets. Note that due to the structure of Flowcast, many notes minted are stored in your wallet, which means they would not be transferred in a business transfer.

4.4 Attestation Data
Attestations made using the Ethereum Attestation Service are publicly recorded on the blockchain and may be visible to other users and third parties. Flowcast may review and store these records to assist in providing the Service.

4.5 Links to Other Sites

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click a third party link, you will be directed to that third party%apos;s site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility or liability for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

4.6 Children's Privacy

Our Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (“ Children”).

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from Children under 13. If you become aware that a Child has provided us with data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected data from Children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.


5. Data Security

The security of your data is important to us but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

5.1 Security Measures
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. This includes encryption and secure hosting environments.

While we use reputable third-party services, we cannot guarantee the security of their systems and are not responsible for their privacy practices.

You have the right to access and correct your information. You may contact us to request access or correction of your data. Note that some data is not correctable due to the nature of blockchain.

6.2 Data Deletion
You have the right to request the deletion of your data, where applicable. Please contact us for such requests. Note that some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Also note that, due to the nature of blockchain, some data is not deletable.

However, even if you make a request for deletion, we may need to retain certain information for legal or administrative purposes, such as record keeping, maintenance of opt-out requirements, defending or making legal claims, or detecting fraudulent activities. We will retain information in accordance with the “How Long Is Your Personal Data Kept” section below.

If you do exercise a valid right to have your data deleted, please keep in mind that deletion by third parties to whom the information has been provided might not be immediate and that the deleted information may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period (but will not be available to others).

6.3 Consent and Withdrawal
By using our Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. You can withdraw your consent at any time by discontinuing use of the Service and contacting us.
